It is the responsibility of offshore wind developers NOT of Taipower company to fulfill any requirement related to cable installation process,  including environmental approval process ( marine protected area), approvals/ licensing regime and fishing-related compensation, etc. Offshore wind developers should coordinate among themselves when deal with cable in common areas and cable-crossing matters.
