Electricity Bill or Payment Barcodes would be sent to our customers. It might be paid before the collection deadline which listed on the bill or the mobile.

2. Print the payment notice and pay at convenience store
Enter the customer number to print the payment notice using the KIOSK at the convenience stores. The stores directly deliver the payment receipts to the paying person. Please save it properly. We do not send another receipt.

3. ATM and Phone Transfer
(1) ATM
Transfer payment by ATM. Receipts will be sent after the deduction.

4. Smart phone APP payment
The Electricity Bill can be paid through “Taiwan Power” APP. Users can generate barcodes through the app and present them at cooperating convenience stores for payment, or they can pay using a credit card directly within the app.
Step-By-Step Instructions
(1)Download and register as a member of the "Taiwan Power" app for free on your mobile device.
(2)Bind the customer number and electricity account name.
(3)Back to the homepage and select "Payment" from the quick menu on the right side. Select the customer number for immediate payment using barcode-based payment.
(4)Once the payment is complete, the payment receipts would be store in the APP. You could take it to the bonus agency and redeem awards. Please keep it properly.

5. Internet payment
To pay online through the Internet, you must apply for online banking provided by the financial service providers or have online ATM (only available for chip debit card)
