Energy conservation and carbon reduction have been promoted in the world in recent years. In view of environmental protection and energy saving, Taipower Company has held the drama "I Love Gaia" since 2011. The target audience of "I Love Gaia" are children in kindergartens from 4 to 6 year-old, and the drama was performed in the kindergartens around the power plants of Taipower Company (in the regions of North, Central and South Taiwan) that hopes to establish the foundation of saving electricity and appreciating earth’s resources for children and develop understanding of energy saving.

Taipower Company has been boosting the concept which there is only one earth in 60 kindergartens in Taiwan through "I Love Gaia" dramas every year, and each activity takes around an hour, including openings and introductions, story introductions, drama performance (including Q&A) and group photos. The activity cultivates the concepts of environmental protection, comprising energy saving, electricity safety and earth caring by vivid story interactions and interesting prized quizzes.
