“Hello to all of you who are listening to the World Power News Weekly!” Taipower launched a podcast channel in January 2021, the first of its kind for a nationally owned business. Taipower’s first podcast program, “World Power News Weekly” recently reached its 100th episode. According to Taipower, “World Power News Weekly” is the first podcast program to be produced by Taipower, and focuses on sharing the latest trends in international energy, power, the environment, and industry. The program also collects information and opinions from news reports, magazines, and think tanks, and provides insightful analysis of issues ranging from energy transformation to policy direction and market competition, providing listeners with a rich and fulfilling feast of knowledge in a short period of time. The 100th episode, which was just released, features an in-depth analysis of the International Energy Agency’s Renewable Energy Report 2022, guiding listeners through the latest trends in renewable energy.

The biggest challenge in the production process is translating professional power information into content that is relevant to people's daily lives. All episodes of “World Power News Weekly” are produced by Taipower employees, who have accumulated a lot of experience through trial and error in writing, discussing, recording, editing, and uploading.
