Taiwan Power Company Training Institute
The Training Institute of Taiwan Power Company is located at the mountain area of Xindian Dist. in New Taipei City. The surrounding nature beauty makes the institute a pleasant learning environment. Besides the main institute, there are three branches located in Lin-kou, Guguan, and Kaohsiung. Each of them is established for different training purposes and well equipped with hardware and software, including multi -purpose classrooms, meeting rooms, various kinds of comprehensive facilities and accommodation.
The prime mission of the institute is to create learning value, promoting the human resource development and finally improve the competitiveness of the whole enterprise. we not only maintain ISO, the quality management system, ongoing, framing the quality system, ensuring our service quality decent, but also applies TTQS (Talent Quality-management System) evaluation of Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor to improve the training effectiveness and catch up with the international training quality trend. The institution will keep improving the abilities of designing the courses, introducing multiple teaching methods, fulfilling training facilities, beautifying the surrounding and strengthening the evaluation of training effect to realize the vision to be the leader of the electric industry talents nurturer, the authority of electric tech licenses and the life-long learning center for electric workers. The institution spare no effort with the spirit of“stopping in perfect goodness” to achieve the quality goal, “customer satisfaction.”
To fully utilize the training resources in the institute and fulfill the goal of diversification, we also organize training programs for other organizations. We provide places for meetings, seminars, and other training activities. We have built up a good reputation by providing training services with abundant training program design, pleasant environment, and good service. We were selected twice as the outstanding vocational training organization by the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, Council of Labor Affairs Executive Yuan, and received awards from American Society of Training and Development and Asian Regional Training and Development Organization.
